This is a Treasury Holding Development, located
at the corner of Mespil and Burlington Road. The 5800m² of Schüco
FW60 SG is a fine example of structural glazing and the 850 linear
metres of projecting feature channel at each floor slab sets the building
off very well. Glass specification: Ipasol Natura 66/34 to the West,
South and East elevations and clear float with K glass to the North.
Some ground floor screens had a 30 minute integrity fire rating. The
project also includes 750m² of internal atrium glazing in Schüco
FW60+ pressure plate and cap. Block A has a rooflight (nominal area
250²), which includes 12 no. automatic smoke vents and 200m²
of Alucobond cladding.
