the cladding on the entire envelope of this building. It features:
4287m² of Schüco FW60+ curtain walling, 143m²
of roofglazing (incorporating 128 opening vents), 2450m²
of terracotta rainscreen cladding (Eisenberg Argeton Clay Tiles),
3800m² of Alucobond rainscreen cladding (PVF2 Smoke Silver
1200 x 800), 600m² of Kingspan cladding, 1000 lin.m. of
feature channels to the main facades and 175m² of louvred
Brise Soleil. The glazing is 6mm. clear float glass inner pane,
12mm. airspace and 6mm. Ipasol clear solar control glass outer
pan
