Description:

The scope of this project originally provided for 2 blocks linked by a central oval shaped core. However during construction the scope increased to encompass 4 blocks, linked by 3 cores. Each main block was 1 bay longer than its predecessor, This layout provides a different perspective depending on the particular vantage point the building is viewed from. The project provided additional office space for clinical research company Icon.

The project comprised the following elements:
4500 m2 Schuco curtail wall glazing
1000 planar glazing to the upper floor
1000 planar glazing to the upper floor
1500 m2 atrium glazing
9000m2 composite cladding system
3500 m aluminium aerofoil shaped brise soleil to the external elevations.
