Ground floor retail units
Upper floor residential units
Multi storey car Park.

WCIL contract included the design, manufacture and installation of the following elements. 1100m2 ground floor curtain walling to commercial units, 150m2 external glazed strip windows, 150m2 stairwell glazing (Schuco FW50+), 70m2 frameless glazing to link bridge, 1250m2 composite window system to residential units, 295m brise soleil, 1650 m extruded aluminium feature channel 1950 perforated metal cladding to multi storey car park
