Sheet (Cast & Extruded):

| Known
for its outstanding weatherability, transparency, its high impact
resistance and its light transmission rate of 93%, cast acrylic sheet
is ideal for illuminated signage, POS displays etc. Its extruded version
is the most competitive type of acrylic sheet, has excellent surface
hardness, is recyclable and is produced to a thickness tolerance of
circa 5-10%. Available in a vast range of colours and sizes. |
| Polycarbonate
(Solid & Multi-wall):

| Polycarbonate
sheets are as transparent as glass but 200 times stronger and only
half the weight. Polycarbonate has a “Class 0” fire performance
and has a light transmission of 90% in clear. It is therefore ideal
for roof or window glazing in areas where vandalism, high impact resistance
or security is a concern. Multi-wall polycarbonate is an energy saving,
high performance range of polycarbonate sheets, making it an ideal
glazing material for conservatories, green houses etc. Available in
bronze, opal and a textured finish. |
| PETG
& PET:

| PETG
sheets feature exceptional thermoforming properties with excellent
mould flow properties and can be thermoformed at low temperatures.
The Polyester sheets comply with major European Fire Regulations:
they feature excellent chemical resistance, outperforming acrylic
and polycarbonate sheets. PETG have a light transmission of up to
90%, combined with high surface gloss and optical quality. Typical
applications include: Machine Guards, Medical Apparatus, Shop Fitting. |
| Dibond:

| Dibond
is a lightweight, but rigid and durable aluminium composite material.
Two sheets of 0.3mm aluminium bonded to a thermoplastic core make
up Dibond, with the one side matt and the other side high gloss (85%).
Dibond, with an extremely low expansion rate, is highly weather resistant,
has a “Class 0” fire rating and is totally recyclable. |
| Foam PVC:

| Foam
PVC is a lightweight, durable, versatile sheet that can be used for
both indoor and outdoor applications. It can be easily shaped, printed
on, cut, drilled, painted, thermoformed, glued, filed. The surface
is extremely flat and smooth, allowing work of high quality definition.
It is recommended for exhibition stands, posters, signs, false ceilings,
partition walls etc. Available in a range of colours, thicknesses
and a high gloss finish. |

LED:

further extend our “one-stop-shop” service to the sign
and display industries we provide switchgear lighting systems, using
fluorescent tubes & Power LED. Switchgear is available in single,
double, triple or electronic configurations. Power LED is available
-in a range of colours- as chains, strips, or modules, operating off
8 or 12V. Both systems offer a safe and convenient way to illuminate
signs, POS units etc. |
